If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us via our Contact Form as soon as possible upon opening. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. If applicable, we may ask for photographs to help us assess the situation. Our team will review your case and provide next steps, which may include a replacement or alternative resolution.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, please reach out to us. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. This may include refunds, store credit, or other options, depending on the circumstances. Please note that express shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Our policy applies to all Labstead supplements purchased directly from labstead.com. We cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces—please contact them directly regarding their policies.
