We want you to feel confident trying Labstead. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund. Please note that express shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you have any questions or issues with your order, our team is always here to help.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend are processed starting on Monday.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. You can also log into your customer account at any time to view order details and tracking updates.
Our primary facility is based in Southern California, and we partner with an additional center to better serve our eastern customers. This helps bridge the distance and reduce transit times, so your order reaches you as efficiently as possible.
On rare occasions, if one location is temporarily out of stock, part of your order may ship from the other facility. When that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number. No extra charge, just a smoother delivery experience.
