Because we uphold strict quality standards, we maintain full control over our supplements only while they’re in our care. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or integrity—especially after it’s been opened. For that reason, we do not accept returns on supplements. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize product safety and transparency.
That said, if you experience any issues with your order or product, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to make things right.
We stand behind every formula we make. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right. No returns does not mean no refunds—we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement or a refund when appropriate.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress. You may also log into your customer account at any time to view order details and tracking updates.
Our primary facility is based in Southern California, and we partner with an additional center to better serve our eastern customers. This helps bridge the distance and reduce transit times, so your order reaches you as efficiently as possible.
On rare occasions, if one location is temporarily out of stock, part of your order may ship from the other facility. When that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number—no extra charge, just a smoother delivery experience.
