What is your return policy?

Because we uphold strict quality standards, we maintain full control over our supplements only while they’re in our care. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions or integrity—especially after it’s been opened. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns on supplements. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize product safety and transparency.

That said, if you experience any issues with your order or product, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

What if I'm not satisfied—can I get a refund?

We stand firmly behind the quality of our supplements—these are the same formulas we use ourselves. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to discuss the next steps. While we’re unable to refund shipping costs, we’re committed to helping you find a resolution that respects both your experience and our standards.

When will I get my order?

We aim to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress. You may also log into your customer account at any time to view order details and tracking updates.

Why did I receive two tracking numbers?

To help ensure faster delivery, we maintain inventory across multiple trusted fulfillment centers. While we aim to ship all items from the same location, sometimes an item in your order may be fulfilled from a different warehouse if one is temporarily out of stock. When that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment—no extra charge, just a smoother experience.
